  • 400m
  • 50 Walking Lunges
  • 500m Row
  • 50 Knees to elbows
  • 400m Run
  • 50 Push press, 45 pounds
  • 500m Row
  • 50 Back extensions
  • 400m Run
  • 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
  • 500m Row
  • 50 Burpees
  • 400m Run
  • 50 Double unders

The Rules:

  • Partners must share equipment
  • Partners must be working on only 1 movement at a time
