Buy-In: Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

  • Load Scheme: 60% – 70% – 80% – 90% – Go for it on last rep
  • Rest only the time it takes to load the bar

WOD: Use prescribed percentages only if form is solid.  Scale down as necessary.

  • Full Snatch:
    • 3 reps @ 60%
    • 3 reps @ 65%
    • 4 sets of 3 @ 70%
  • Snatch Pull:
    • 4 sets of 3 @ 90%
  • Rest 90 seconds between sets

Cash-Out: 50 Med Ball Clean to Wall Balls for time, 20/14lbs
