Buy-in:
After standard CFA warmup, perform a plank hold for max. time.  (one attempt)

WOD:
Five rounds for time of:
15 Medicine ball cleans, 20 pound ball
15 Wall ball shots at 10 foot target, 20 pound ball
Take shots with precision, hitting “X” every time.

Cash out:
When recovered from WOD, max rep toes to bar.  (one attempt)
