WOD:

Five Rounds for Load and Max Reps  of:
Power Clean + Jerk, 3 Reps
Rest 10 seconds
Max Rep Handstand Push-Up
Rest 3 minutes
Upon finishing a set of PC+J, rest 10 seconds and move immediately to HSPU. Rest exactly 3minutes before the next set. Post 3RM power clean and jerk weight, and total HSPU reps to comments

Cash-out:

3 Rounds:
30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest
Max KB Swings, 1.5pd/1pd.
