WOD: 6 Rounds for Max Effort…

  • 1 Snatch
  • 2 Overhead Squats

*Begin with 70% of your Snatch 1rm and add weight each round.  Try to do each round unbroken.

Cash-Out: Wall Ball Tabata, 20/14lbs
