- 3 Hand Stand Push-Up
- 6 DeadLifts, 225/155lbs
- 6 Hand Stand Push-Ups
- 9 DeadLifts, 225/155lbs
- 9 Hand Stand Push-Ups
- etc…
Increase by 3 until failure or until the 7 minutes are up
Cash-Out: 1 mile run followed by max rep unbroken Pull-Ups.
