  • 3 DeadLifts, 225/155lbs
  • 3 Hand Stand Push-Up
  • 6 DeadLifts, 225/155lbs
  • 6 Hand Stand Push-Ups
  • 9 DeadLifts, 225/155lbs
  • 9 Hand Stand Push-Ups
  • etc…

Increase by 3 until failure or until the 7 minutes are up

Cash-Out: 1 mile run followed by max rep unbroken Pull-Ups.
