  • After warm-up, take 3 attempts to find 1RM Bench Press followed immediately by max rep attempt of Pull-Ups

  • 500 meter row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 AbMat Sit-Ups
  • 20 Push-Ups
  • 10 Pull-Ups
  • 50 Double Unders
