  • Day 1: Bear Complex (1 sequence), 95/65lbs
  • Day 2: Hand Stand Push-Ups
  • Day 3: Sit-Up to Stand-Up
  • Day 4: Kettle Bell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
  • Day 5: Clapping Push-Ups
  • Day 6: Toes to Bar
  • Day 7: Box Jumps, 24/20″
  • Day 8: Wall Ball
  • Day 9:  Calorie Row
  • Day 10: GHD Sit-Ups
  • Day 11: Sumo DeadLift High-Pull, 95/65lbs
  • Day 12: Burpee Pull-Ups

The Rules:

  • Do the reps for each movement associated with the day.
  • Do Day 1, then Day 2 and Day 1, then Day 3 and Day 2 and Day 1, etc…just like the song.
