Power clean 3-3-3-3-3
Immediately follow each set of three with a max rep attempt of HSPUs.
Rest exactly 2 minutes between rounds.

Cash-out:
Tabata sit-ups

Post power clean load, total HSPUs and max sit-ups per round to comments.
