Strength WOD  4 x 5 reps of Snatch Balance @ around 70% of 1rm

Met Con  AMRAP in 10 min of:

  • 8 Med Ball Throws to Ceiling, 20/14lbs
  • 8 Med Ball Slams, 20/14lbs
  • 8 Med Ball Wall Throws with Torso Twist, Right Side
  • 8 Med Ball Wall Throws with Torso Twist, Left Side
