  • Hop Scotch
  • Ins and Outs
  • Side Hops

Buy-In: 3 Rounds, not for time

  • 1 Length of Hop Scotch then sprint 10 yards
  • 1 Length of Ins and Outs then sprint 10 yards
  • 1 Length of Side Hops then sprint 10 yards

WOD: For Max Load…

  • Thrusters, 5-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5

*Post total weight of all rounds to results.  Use of the racks is allowed.
