Still sick but feeling a little better.  I’m back tomorrow no matter what so Friday’s schedule is on.

Here is your Home WOD for today.

5 rounds of:

3 inch push-up

crease to crease squat

Hold a push-up 3 inches from floor to failure.  Immediately assume a squat position where the crease of your hip is at the level of the crease of your knee.  Hold squat to failure.  Do this for 5 rounds with no rest between rounds.  Time the workout for your score.
