Mobility: 8 minutes on what needs it most

Buy-In: Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

  • Load Scheme: 60% – 70% – 80% – 90% – Go for it on last rep
  • Rest only the time it takes to load the bar

WOD: For time…

  • 100 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs
  • 100 Box Jumps, 24/20″
  • 100 Kettle Bell Swings, 1.5/1 pood

The Rules:

  • Partition as necessary
  • Do 100 Single Unders each time you accumulate 50 reps
  • 26 minute hard stop
