The Bear Complex Wod

5 Rounds of 7 reps of the following sequence:

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push-Press

Back Squat

Push-Press

Above sequence equals 1 rep.  7 reps are done without letting go of the bar.  Increase load each round reaching max load on 5th round.  Rest as needed between rounds.
