Bodyweight Benchmark – 2 Minute Max Rep of the following

Abmat Sit-Ups
Hand Stand Push Ups

Perform AMRAP of each movement for 2 minutes, resting for 1 minute between movements (i.e. 2 minutes push-ups, 1 minute rest, 2 minutes sit ups, 1 minute rest). Record reps of each, noting scale. Post reps to comments.
