Using a 20/14lb MedBall, do 3 Rounds for time of:

  • 20 MedBall Front Squats
  • 200 meter Overhead MedBall Run
  • 20 MedBall Push-Ups, alternating 1 hands on ball
  • 20 1 Leg MedBall Slams, alternating legs
  • 20 WallBalls
