WOD:  15 – 12 – 9 reps each for max load of..

  • Squat Cleans
  • There are no time limits, but weight cannot be rested on ground once a round is begun.

Cash-Out:  10 x 75 meter Shuttle Run for time with 30 seconds rest between rounds.
