6 week Paleo / Fitness Challenge

Monday starts our 6 Week Paleo / Fitness Challenge.  The challenge is based upon clean eating via a Paleo diet as well as increased fitness via our usual WODs as well as accessory workouts.  Pre-testing will begin Monday and continue through the week.  Stay tuned for more details.
