Team Memorial WOD: “GODIVA” 100 rounds for time of:

  • 10 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs
  • 9 Floor to Overhead, 95/65lbs
  • 12 Burpees with Snake Arms
  • 10 Box Jumps, 24/20″
  • 9 Calorie Row
  • 1 Wall Climb
  • 2 Tire Flips
  • 200 meter Run with Heavy Bag

The Rules:

  • All participants are on the same team
  • Each participant scores a point by completing 1 round
