You Are All Worthless And Weak!

Starting next week we are going to follow 37 days of programming created and employed by CrossFit Whole 9.  The focus is strength development….which doesn’t necessarily mean large muscle development so don’t fret ladies.  Each workout will include range of motion improving buy-ins and heart pumping cash-outs, but the headliners will be the dead-lift and the shoulder press.  We will be working with sub-maximal loads and low reps while performing each lift with perfect technique.  Also, don’t panic if you don’t recognize the names of  movements as we will cover all the unknowns at the onset of each class.We are doing this in part because you are all worthless and weak, but  mainly because “We Pick Things Up And We Put Them Down”!
