Split-Jerk Technique


Dumbell Thrusters, 50 lb
Dumbell Swing, 50 lb
Dead Hang Pull-Up

Use two dumbells  (50lb each) for thrusters. Treat the swings like a kettlebell swing with a single dumbell.
